The east lake community center is great to keep kids off the street

I volunteered my youth program and presented at this center for 3 years before the remodel, with no problem. When it was (Michelle, Larry & Ed) Since the renewal, new staff act as if you're programs isn't as important, so while they are willing to take your information and program letter they didn't allow me to continue saving the youth with positive activities and teachings.

My family went here to eat after a funeral. The space was more than adequate. The kids were able to play in the gym while waiting on the food to be placed. The staff was friendly. It was clean. I felt comfortable. The only problem was parking. But I still give it 5 stars.

This place has free gymnasium with free weights treadmills and StairMaster, computer lab with Dell and Apple computers, two conference rooms and connecting kitchen with privacy and large screen video with speaker system for displaying content and speaking to audiences. Example One display is in the pictures very nice tea party setting, a lounge area a gymnasium and softball field baseball field basketball courts and soccer field outside. They host many events like pickleball Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays even for newcomers 10 to 1:00 p.m. and like all the other community centers throughout the city they have many events that are hosted for the public entertainment like tap dancing bingo chess and many other functions.
